Well done to Mr Friend our TWITS Chief Whip who has recently become Chair of Culture at the Bow Group: the oldest – and one of the most influential – centre-right Think-Tanks in Britain.
Through my personal experience I am certain that Mr Friend is the right man for the job and, on behalf of all the TWITS, I wish him the best of luck in his new post.
